Customer Reviews
Good quality, minor shipping delay
I ordered a set of Ruffled Napkins and they arrived well-packaged and the fabric feels substantial. The ruffle detail is very pretty and they washed nicely. However, the delivery estimate was 3-5 days, and it actually took 7 days to get here. Not a huge deal, but something to note if you're in a hurry. The value for money is good, especially compared to some similar brands I've looked at.
Great value on first order
This was my first time buying from Trudie, and I picked up a set of Dinner Napkins. I used the 15% off first order discount, which made a pretty big difference. The napkins are really nice quality for the price I paid. I was looking for something affordable but still nice for everyday use, and these fit the bill perfectly. Felt like I got a good deal.
Reliable quality as always
I've bought from Trudie several times now, and this order for a new Patchwork Quilt was just as good as my previous ones. The quality is consistent; colors are vibrant and the stitching is solid. It arrived in about a week, which is what I usually expect. It's why I keep coming back – I know what I'm getting. It matches the Quilted Bedding I got last year really well.
Solid quilt, good customer service
I purchased a Quilted Throw Blanket for my guest room. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email right away. It took 6 days to deliver to my home in Texas, arriving securely packed. The quilt itself is a decent weight and the colors are true to the pictures online. I had a quick question about care instructions, so I used their online chat. The representative was helpful and answered my question quickly. The stitching is pretty even, and it feels like it will hold up well. I was comparing it to some options from Garnet Hill, and Trudie's offering was competitive in terms of style and price. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider buying from them again for other Cottagecore Home Decor items.

what's the return policy like if a quilt doesn't work out? is it a hassle or pretty straightforward?
hey, anyone know if Trudie does free shipping? i'm looking at a couple of their throws and shipping can add up.
i got a 15% off code for signing up for emails. can i use that with another sale item, like if something is already marked down?
does Trudie ever have bigger sales? i want to grab some placemats and a runner but hoping for more than the 15% welcome discount.
thinking about getting a kids apron for my niece's birthday. is Trudie a real company or kinda sketchy like some of those online stores?
